It's about time!!!

Finally!  I've decided that it's time to compete!  So, in 17 weeks, I'll be competing in the Delaware NPC women's physique competition.  I am so excited!!!  I have my suit picked out, and I'm starting the "diet down" phase.  First step? carb cycling!  Here we go!!

I have about 10% body fat to lose in 17 weeks.  I CAN and will do it!!!

We all need motivation....Where is yours?

Think about this...
You look at an ad, or see a commercial and think "Wow!  I want to look like that!, but I never will."  THERE'S your problem!  believing that you won't do it, means you wont.  You have to tell yourself that you can take small steps, and with dedication and a little motivation, you CAN change your look. 

Here are some people that keep me motivated: 
Jamie Eason....Beautiful Fitness model who eats a very clean diet, and trains hard.  She doesn't compete, but used to.  And she can totally do it again if she wanted to! 
Then there's Dana Linn Bailey.  She's a freaking rock solid superstar!  She trains 7 days per week, and is built like a brick house, yet she's stunningly beautiful and has a wonderful personality (or so I'm told....a friend of mine met her at the Arnold Classic, and said she was super sweet)
And finally, there's Nicole Wilkins.  She's won lots of titles, most recently the #1 for figure at the Arnold Sports Festival.  She's been doing this for a while, and has always had the passion for fitness that I see in myself.  She's another beautiful woman, who has a shredded physique.  she's AMAZING and I can't wait to meet her one day :-)

I'm not excited about these pictures....They're what I used to be. but I share them as inspiration, not only to others, but also to me. I am my own success story. I didn't look like I wanted to, and I decided to make a change. Now, here I am. My journey is not complete, but I am a long way from where I was. You can make changes too... YOU CAN DO ANYTHING!


I am about 3 months into my very strict routine here, and you can see the difference.  While I've been lifting hard for almost 2 years, this final transformation took place in under 14 weeks.  Diet was KEY, and exercise was next in line of importance.  I can help you too.
